01About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Hardi Interiors website (hardiinteriors.com) and to the interior design, fit-out, joinery, furniture, ceiling, wall and flooring services provided by Hardi Interiors ("Hardi Interiors", "we", "us", "our") in the United Arab Emirates.
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Where a signed quotation, proposal or contract for a specific project says something different, that document takes priority for that project.
02Use of this website
The content on this website, including text, photographs, drawings, 3D visuals and the Hardi Interiors name and logo, is provided for general information about our company and services. It may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Some projects shown on this website were delivered together with our integrated fit-out partners. Photographs and visuals are illustrative; materials, colours and finishes in a completed space may differ from images on screen.
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be free from errors or interruptions.
03Enquiries and consultations
Contacting us through the website, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp does not create a contract. An initial consultation is free of charge and without obligation unless we agree otherwise in writing.
04Quotations and scope of work
Quotations are based on the information, drawings and site conditions known at the time they are prepared. Unless stated otherwise, a quotation is valid for 30 days from its date.
The scope of work, specifications, materials, timeline and price for each project are set out in the accepted quotation or contract. Anything not listed there is not included.
Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is charged at the applicable rate.
05Payments
Payments are due according to the payment schedule in the accepted quotation or contract, which normally includes an advance payment before work or procurement begins and staged payments as the project progresses.
We may pause work, procurement or delivery if a payment is overdue. Ownership of supplied furniture, joinery and materials passes to you only once they have been paid for in full.
06Changes and variations
Any change to the agreed design, scope, materials or specifications must be agreed in writing. Changes may affect the price and the timeline, and we will confirm both before carrying out the change.
07Timelines
We will make every reasonable effort to complete projects within the agreed timeline. Timelines may be extended by delays outside our control, including late approvals or decisions, changes requested by the client, delays in site access or authority, landlord or building management permits, supply chain delays and other events beyond our reasonable control.
08Client responsibilities
Unless agreed otherwise, the client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate information, drawings and measurements
- Timely approval of designs, samples and materials
- Safe access to the site during agreed working hours
- Obtaining landlord, building management and authority approvals that are the client's responsibility
- Making payments on time
09Materials and finishes
Natural materials such as timber, veneer, stone and marble vary in grain, colour and pattern. These natural variations are part of the material and are not defects. Approved samples show the general character of a material, not an exact match.
10Handover, defects and warranty
At handover we will inspect the completed work with you. Any snags or defects identified will be recorded and rectified within a reasonable time.
Warranty periods for workmanship, furniture and supplied items are as stated in the quotation or contract and in manufacturers' warranties. Warranties do not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, alterations by others, or failure to follow care and maintenance guidance.
11Cancellation
If a project is cancelled after acceptance, you are responsible for the cost of work completed, design work carried out, and materials or items already ordered or made to order, together with any supplier cancellation charges. Custom-made joinery and furniture cannot be returned once production has started.
12Designs and intellectual property
Concepts, drawings, 3D visualisations and specifications prepared by Hardi Interiors remain our intellectual property until they have been paid for in full. Once paid, you may use them for the agreed project. They may not be reused for other projects or shared with other contractors without our written consent.
Unless you ask us not to, we may photograph completed projects and use the images for our portfolio and marketing, without disclosing private personal information.
13Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hardi Interiors is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business or use. Our total liability for any project is limited to the value of the contract for that project.
14Privacy
When you contact us by form, email, phone or WhatsApp, we use the details you provide (such as your name, phone number, email address and project information) only to respond to your enquiry and to deliver our services. We do not sell your personal information. You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time by contacting us.
15Third-party links
This website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and social media platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content.
16Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown above.
17Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
